(7) Add 3g of yeast while mixing item (4) above.
(8) Add 7g of butter while mixing as well.
(9) Add 2 eggs and 2 ounces of cooking oil continuously while mixing flour.
(10) After mixing all these ingredients, close the basin for 10 minutes.
PREPARATION FOR BAKING
(1) Switch on your cooking gas (note that this is an opened-baking, there is no need of oven)
(2) Clean your frying pan and put it on your cooking gas for 30 seconds to heat.
(3) Use your kitchen towel and clean it again.
(4) Put the frying pan again on the cooking spot of your gas.
(5) Apply 2 spoonful of cooking oil, rubbing throughout the pan.
(6) Open your basin and pour all the mixed flour on the pan and shake the pan with your hand to flatten the flour.
(7) Close the frying pan with other flat surfaced tray and wait for 10 minutes.
(8) Remember not to put too much volume for the heat.
(9) After 10 minutes, open the pan and turn the Alabatta upside down like you're frying an egg.
(10) Let it be for another 10 minutes.
(11) Remember that we asked you to keep half of the cut off vegetables.
(12) Now, the vegetable will also be fried like a sauce on another pot.
(13) Then, 6 minutes before the second 10 minutes after turning the Alabatta, you can cut the Alabatta into four pieces like pie chart.
(14) After cutting across the Alabatta, you can then start applying the sauce in the mid of the four parts and on top.
(15) After the second 10 minutes is reached, you can take it up for serving.
(16) The remaining sauce is for final serving.
